Celebrate UAE National Day on the water
UAE National Day (Eid Al Etihad) is on 2 December: on 2 December 1971 the emirates came together as one country, and in 2026 the UAE celebrates its 55th National Day. For three evenings – 1, 2 and 3 December – we turn our Abu Dhabi fleet into private National Day cruises for families and friends.
The official public holiday dates are announced by the government each year, so plan the party around the evening that suits your group. On these three dates regular hourly bookings pause and every yacht runs one fixed evening package for one group.
The National Day package
- Dates: 1, 2 or 3 December 2026
- Time: 18:30 – 22:30 (4 hours) on 1 and 3 December
- 2 December, fireworks night: on board from 18:00, sailing 20:00 – 22:00
- Whole yacht – one group per yacht per evening
- Price: the yacht’s hourly price × 2 × 4 hours
- From AED 4,400 for the evening
- Captain, crew, soft drinks and water included
Every yacht with its National Day price
The package price is worked out from each yacht’s regular hourly price: hourly price × 2 × 4 hours, for the whole yacht. Fully booked yachts stay listed but cannot be booked.

Four things to know before you book
- Pick your evening
1, 2 or 3 December 2026. On these dates the National Day package replaces regular hourly bookings.
- 18:30 – 22:30
A fixed 4-hour evening cruise on 1 and 3 December. On 2 December the National Day fireworks are fired from the sea at around 9 PM: be at the marina by 6 PM and relax on board, the yacht sails at 8 PM and is back at 10 PM – same package price. Boarding time and the meeting point in Abu Dhabi are confirmed on WhatsApp.
- Whole yacht, one group
Each yacht takes one group per evening, up to its maximum number of guests – so popular yachts go early.

What the evening costs
A few examples from the fleet, for the whole 4-hour evening: Cupcake for up to 8 guests AED 4,400, Golden Garland for up to 18 guests AED 9,000, Serenade for up to 30 guests AED 12,000 and the houseboat Milestone House 66 for up to 35 guests AED 9,600.
Add-ons work as on every birthday booking: a cake, number balloons and decoration, a photographer, fruit platters or catering are quoted on WhatsApp and added on top. Many groups ask for green, white, black and red balloons for the evening.
Cruises start from Abu Dhabi – the meeting point is confirmed on WhatsApp. The route along the coastline is planned by the captain on the evening, following sea conditions and the instructions of the authorities.

National Day questions
Can I book a regular 2- or 3-hour cruise on 1–3 December?
No. On 1, 2 and 3 December regular bookings pause and every yacht runs the National Day package: 4 hours from 18:30 to 22:30 on 1 and 3 December, and on 2 December on board from 18:00 with sailing from 20:00 to 22:00. Regular hourly bookings are open again from 4 December.
How is the package price calculated?
Hourly price of the yacht × 2 × 4 hours, for the whole yacht – not per person. Serenade, for example, comes to AED 12,000 for the evening. Add-ons are quoted separately on WhatsApp.
When are the National Day fireworks in Abu Dhabi?
On 2 December at around 9 PM, fired from the sea. That evening you board at the marina from 6 PM (the Corniche gets very busy, so come early), the yacht sails at 8 PM and is back at the marina at 10 PM. Same package price. Sailing from 6 PM is possible at an extra cost – ask us on WhatsApp. We make sure you are on board early, and the yachts available for this evening are limited – please book now.
Why book early?
Each yacht takes one group per evening, so there are just three package evenings per yacht. Fully booked yachts are marked on the list and cannot be booked.
